All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases — including gold jewelry, watches, or custom items.

Please be certain before purchasing. Each piece is inspected and shipped with care. We are happy to answer any questions before checkout.

• No returns on new watches

• No exceptions for change of mind or sizing issues

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
